中天顺联(00994)拟向丁骥溢价约5.26%发行4000万股新股份
中天顺联(00994)发布公告，于2024年1月8日，该公司与认购人丁骥订立认购协议，公司已有条件同意配发及发行而认购人已有条件同意认购4000万股新股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.40港元，认购股份占扩大后公司已发行股本约4.31%，认购价较1月8日收市价每股0.380港元溢价约5.26%。
认购事项的估计所得款项净额约1550万港元，拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
据悉，认购人为一名于新能源项目开发及投资方面拥有丰富经验的商人。认购人亦拥有资深管理经验，彼为多家公司的股东及董事，其中部分公司与集团于可再生能源项目方面有业务往来。
董事认为，认购事项符合公司及股东的整体利益，配发及发行认购股份就为集团业务运营筹集额外资金及增强集团财务状况而言乃属妥善之举，因此举可为公司提供即时资金及扩宽公司股东基础。董事认为，认购协议条款乃经公平磋商后按一般商业条款厘定，属公平合理。
