洢人壹方控股(08305)拟折让约4.63%配售最多2.1亿股配售股份
洢人壹方控股(08305)发布公告，于2024年1月8日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按竭尽所能基准按每股配售股份0.07港元的价格向承配人配售最多2.1亿股配售股份，而承配人及其实益拥有人均须为独立第三方。
配售价每股0.07港元较1月8日收市价每股0.0734港元折让约4.63%。配售股份占扩大后的已发行股本约16.67%。
配售事项所得款项净额估计约为1425.9万港元。公司拟将配售事项筹集的所得款项净额约300万港元用作偿还银行借款及约1125.9万港元用作集团一般营运资金。
