万科企业(02202)：香港万科置业为the Stage共计878万英镑的贷款向贷款方承担连带责任保证
万科企业(02202)发布公告，为满足项目公司The Stage Shoreditch LLP及其子公司(以下合称“the Stage公司”)所持有的英国the Stage项目的开发运营需要，the Stage公司向多家金融机构申请总额为7400万英镑的银团贷款续贷，其中共计5900万英镑的贷款需要项目公司的各股东提供担保。
Abloom Home Ltd目前直接持有项目公司14.87%股权，公司的全资子公司万科置业(香港)有限公司(香港万科置业)间接持有Abloom Home Ltd 90%股权。香港万科置业为共计878万英镑的贷款金额向贷款方承担连带责任保证，项目公司的其他股东也将按股权比例向贷款方承担连带责任保证，同时间接持有Abloom Home Ltd 10%股权的合作方将为香港万科置业提供的上述担保金额的10%提供反担保。
