港股异动 | 快狗打车(02246)跌超9% 遭阿里巴巴单月3次减持 五年半亏损超46亿元
快狗打车(02246)跌超9%，截至发稿，跌9.52%，报0.57港元，成交额244.83万港元，总市值不足4亿港元，较2022年上市之初已蒸发近百亿市值。
消息面上，阿里巴巴上月3度减持快狗打车。香港联交所资料显示，12月22日，阿里巴巴以每股0.5045港元的价格卖出83.84万股快狗打车H股股份，套现约42.3万港元。阿里巴巴最新持股比例降至8.89%。据悉，阿里巴巴分别在上月12和15日，以每股平均价0.6534港元及0.551港元，场内减持快狗打车471.76万股和136.94万股，涉资约308.25万港元和75.4万港元。
据快狗打车2022年年报披露的五年财务数据，2018年-2022年公司亏损分别为10.7亿元、1.8亿元、6.6亿元、8.7亿元、12.1亿元。加上2023年上半年期内亏损6.4亿元。过去五年半的时间，快狗打车累计亏损超46亿元。此外，快狗打车曾在招股书中指出，因为同城物流业务尚处于初期阶段，公司作出了大量投资以推动业务增长，考虑到业务投资计划，预计至少截至2024年仍将继续产生亏损。
