港股异动 | 中金公司(03908)AH股均跌超5% 股东海尔金盈拟减持A股 近两年套现过百亿元
中金公司(03908)AH股今日齐跌，截至发稿，A股收跌5.87%，H股跌4.73%，报10.48港元，成交额9923.59万港元。
消息面上，中金公司宣布，海尔金盈根据自身发展需要，计划自本公告披露之日起3个交易日结束后的3个月内，通过大宗交易方式减持不超过9654.5万股公司A股股份，占不超过公司总股本的2%。
据悉，2022年6月以来，海尔金盈累计三轮减持中金公司股票，套现近2亿股，按照平均股价大约40元计算，套现大约80亿元，如果上述减持计划继续执行的话，不到两年时间内，海尔集团合计抛售中金公司大约3亿股，预计合计套现过百亿元。
