港股异动 | 香港交易所(00388)再跌近4% 港股新年首周成交额同比跌48% 利率见顶或影响投资收益
港交所(00388)再跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.99%，报245.6港元，成交额8.52亿港元。
大华继显发布研报指出，2024年第一个星期港股日均成交只有767亿港元，同比跌48%，反映投资者忧虑宏观经济复苏步伐慢，在减息周期前仍会采观望态度，不利港交所今年核心业务收入。另外，利率见顶将影响港交所利息收入，大华继显认为港交所目前估值即使是低于历史平均，但仍属于合理水平，下调其投资评级至“持有”，目标价由370港元降至300港元。
瑞银则表示，憧憬港交所日均成交额可温和回升，但净投资收益料录得逾10%的跌幅，预计政策支持将继续改善流动性，并重振新股市场，但进展取决于市场情绪为如何，维持“中性”评级，目标价由296元降至288元。
