港股异动 | 电视广播(00511)涨超5% 行政主席许涛称有信心公司今年翻身
电视广播(00511)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.71%，报3.33港元，成交额466万港元。
消息面上，该公司日前举行职艺员新春盆菜宴，行政主席许涛致辞时宣布员工获加薪，又指去年电视行业经营困难，但公司仍然交出亮丽成绩，有信心今年是“翻身”的一年。总经理曾志伟指，不会再有裁员行动，为配合制作，预计要增加人手。
安信国际指出，业务重组调整，有望带来营运效率的提升和收入的增长。电视广播业务方面，公司目前经营五条地面免费电视频道，包括翡翠台、J2台、无线电视台、明珠台、无线财经体育咨询台，总收视市场份额为80%(根据中国广视索福瑞媒介数据)。电商业务方面，公司将把现有的线上平台“士多”合并到另一线上平台“邻住买”，相关的会员和积分也会合并，预计合并重组后年度固定成本和经营开支将削减5000-6000万港元和减少约100名员工。
