港股异动 | 喜相逢集团(02473)涨超7% 中国汽车经营租赁市场于过往年度急速扩展
喜相逢集团(02473)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.48%，报2.73港元，成交额251万港元。
招股书显示，喜相逢成立于2007年，创始人为黄伟。2012年之前，公司主要以经营租赁方式提供汽车租赁服务。自2012年起，喜相逢通过直接融资租赁方式销售汽车。另外，于2018年底，公司开始为个人网约车司机提供汽车租赁解决方案。
根据灼识咨询报告，就直接融资租赁的交易量计，喜相逢名列第4位及于2022年在中国的市场份额约为4.1%。就所有零售汽车融资租赁公司的零售汽车融资租赁交易量计(包括直接融资租赁及售后回租)，公司名列第19位及于2022年在中国的市场份额约为0.7%。
中国汽车经营租赁市场于过往年度急速扩展，按商品交易总值计的市场规模由2018年509亿元增至2022年634亿元，复合年增长率为5.7%。随着网约车平台发展、自驾旅程的消费增加及有利政策改革，中国汽车经营租赁市场的市场规模预期将于2027年增至826亿元，2022年至2027年的复合年增长率为5.4%。
