中海石油化学(03983)：惠多利农资拟向广西富岛增资1000万元
中海石油化学(03983)发布公告，于2023年12月27日，上海富岛(公司附属公司及广西富岛的股东之一)与惠多利农资(广西富岛的另一股东)订立增资协议。
根据增资协议，惠多利农资同意认购广西富岛人民币1000万元的增资，上海富岛同意不就增资行使其优先购买权;及于增资完成后，广西富岛的注册资本将由人民币2000万元增加至人民币3000万元，而上海富岛于广西富岛的股权将由51%摊薄至34%，而惠多利农资于广西富岛的股权将由49%增加至66%。
广西富岛主要从事化肥及化工产品的销售。出于公司总体经营战略考虑，为进一步提升公司股权资产质量，公司订立增资协议。
