公告称，亏损主要由于收入及毛利增长;计息银行借款及银行透支的融资成本增加约530万港元;计息银行借款再融资的法律及专业费用约2010万港元(2022年：零);及终止与订约方的再融资计划的委托费约1060万港元(2022年：零)的净影响。
