东方电气(01072)拟回购注销约102.1万股限制性股票
东方电气(01072)公布，根据《2019年A股限制性股票激励计划(草案修订稿)》、本激励计划及相关法律法规的规定，首次授予的激励对象中39人因纳入其他员工持股计划，根据国务院国资委相关规定，不能再继续参与公司激励计划，23人因已达到法定退休年龄正常退休而不再具备激励对象资格，7人因组织调动而不再具备激励对象资格，2人因个人原因离职而不再具备激励对象资格，2人因个人绩效考核不达标未满足本激励计划首次授予第三期解除限售条件，1人因担任公司监事而不再具备激励对象资格，1人因涉嫌职务违法而不再具备激励对象资格，董事会审议决定回购注销上述75名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票共计102.1006万股。
公司就本次限制性股票回购事项应支付的回购价款约为人民币551.36万元，全部为公司自有资金。
