美因基因(06667)：订立2024年美年大健康基因检测服务框架协议
美因基因(06667)发布公告，于2024年1月5日，公司附属公司美因北京已与美年大健康订立2024年美年大健康基因检测服务框架协议，据此美因北京及其附属公司同意向美年大健康及其联系人提供基因检测服务，而美年大健康及其联系人同意向其客户销售集团提供的基因检测服务。
截至2024年、2025年及2026年12月31日止3个财政年度，2024年美年大健康基因检测服务框架协议项下拟进行的交易的建议年度上限分别为人民币1.50亿元、1.95亿元、2.535亿元。
于2024年1月5日，公司终止俞熔博士基因检测服务框架协议，并与俞熔博士订立2024年俞熔博士基因检测服务框架协议，据此集团同意向俞熔博士及其联系人提供基因检测及相关服务。
截至2024年、2025年及2026年12月31日止3个财政年度，2024年俞熔博士基因检测服务框架协议项下拟进行的交易的建议年度上限分别为人民币1800万元、2340万元、3040万元。
