港股异动 | 新耀莱(00970)现涨超9% 公司被指股价可能遭蓄意操控 施清流收购或落空
新耀莱(00970)现涨超9%，截至发稿，涨8.59%，报1.77港元，成交额454.99万港元。
消息面上，1月3日，新耀莱公告称，公司董事会最近被告知，9月前后公司股价可能遭蓄意操控，以达到收购股份的目的。新耀莱表示，公司绝对严肃地对待该等指称，并决定展开全面调查。为此，公司将成立一个独立委员会，获授权详细而公正地审视该等指称。
据悉，2023年10月，新耀莱公告称，公司收到要约人施清流的通知，表明其有意以每股0.9港元的价格收购公司未持有的所有股份。截至1月3日收盘，公司股价达1.71港元/股。业内人士表示，新耀莱最新股价的确已超过要约价格，这有可能导致施清流收购落空。
值得注意的是，根据新耀莱2023年12月22日公告，目前已有4713万股被接纳，占公司已发行股本的约12.06%。计及接纳股份，要约人及要约人一致行动人士会持有合共1.52亿股股份，占公司于本公布日期已发行股本约38.86%。
