港股异动 | 中国海外宏洋集团(00081)午后涨超4% 去年累计合约销售额同比上升6.2%
中国海外宏洋集团(00081)午后涨超4%，此前两个交易日累跌14%。截至发稿，涨3.26%，报2.22港元，成交额1996.19万港元。
消息面上，中国海外宏洋集团日前公布，2023年12月份，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额人民币25.11亿元及合约销售面积20.14万平方米，分别同比下跌40.8%及44.6%。2023年1至12月份，累计合约销售额人民币428.20亿元及合约销售面积353.24万平方米，分别同比上升6.2%及下跌5.2%。
中金指出，公司股价于1月3日-4日累计回撤14%，该行认为除行业基本面表现疲弱拖拽外，技术性因素或也加剧股价波动，股价回撤进一步增厚估值安全垫。该行估计公司2023年销售毛利率或在2022年13-14%的水平上有所回升；此外公司估计2023年累计回款率超100%。
