港股异动 | 基建股走高 中国中冶(01618)涨超3% 增发国债第二批项目清单下达 基建投资增速有望提升
基建股走高，截止发稿中国中冶(01618)涨3.33%，报1..55港元，中国交通建设(01800)涨2.31%，报3.55港元，中国中铁(00390)涨1.74%，报3.51港元。
据悉，此前增发国债第二批项目清单下达，共涉及增发国债项目9600多个，拟安排国债资金超5600亿元。中国银行院员范若滢表示，近期，监管部门加快推进增发国债项目清单下达及资金拨付使用，有利于推动尽早形成实物工作量，预计明年将是实物工作量形成的主要年份，基建投资增速有望提升。
国信证券发布报告认为，预期基建持续发力但会避免强刺激，预测2024年狭义基建投资+4.5%。推荐三条投资主线。1)关注中央财政重点支持的基建领域;2)关注地方“化债”背景下，PPP模式发展新机遇;3)政策暖风吹拂，关注“改造更新”新主线。除以上三条投资主线外，2024年建筑行业亦存在一些相对独立于基建主线的优质标的。
