港股异动 | 首都机场(00694)早盘涨超3% 大摩上调人均免税消费增长预测等因素
首都机场(00694)早盘涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.51%，报2.45港元，成交额1348.05万港元。
摩根士丹利指出，首都机场较早前公布免税店合约调整，消除一大逆向因素。基于消费降级，若免税店业务持续疲弱，将成其下跌风险；但若相关机场可赚取内地免税店市场份额，则有上升憧憬。基于已反映往年免税折扣率较低，上调人均消费增长预测等因素。
银河证券则认为，虽然机场在保底及扣点率方面做出让利，但一方面，新补充协议恢复采用“保底与销售提成取高”的模式，即恢复了机场免税收入的弹性；另一方面，未来基于更低的保底及扣点率，机场渠道对免税运营商的吸引力增强，叠加疫后国际客流加速修复，从而机场国际客流量及客单价水平或存在更大的提升空间。
