港股异动 | 思摩尔国际(06969)跌超4% 23年国内电子烟进入规范化时代 短期合规市场面临阵痛调整
思摩尔国际(06969)跌超4%，截止发稿跌4.03%，报5.95港元，成交额2700万港元。
10月12日，美国食品药品管理局(FDA)向RJR就其Vuse Alto品牌下六款薄荷醇口味及混合莓果口味电子烟产品发出营销拒绝令(MDOs)。据悉，思摩尔国际是RJR薄荷醇口味产品的供应商。不过值得庆幸的是，公司已获RJR知会，MDOs临时行政暂缓已经获得批准，因此薄荷醇口味产品的营销及分销在美国可以继续。
中泰证券此前指出，2023年国内电子烟进入规范化时代，短期合规市场面临阵痛调整，随监管制度体系的不断完善、严格执法打击非法交易、产品力提升促进口味转换，市场有望进入良性发展阶段。
