高雅光学(00907)附属拟910万港元出售香港物业
高雅光学(00907)发布公告，于2024年1月4日，卖方(即公司的全资附属公司)已与买方傅晓红订立临时买卖协议，卖方已同意出售而买方已同意购买该物业(中国香港观塘兴业街16-18号美兴工业大厦B座6楼B1室)，代价为910万港元。
考虑到集团现时的财务状况及业务营运，董事认为出售事项乃公司以合理价格变现该物业价值的良机，且出售事项所得款项将改善集团财务状况及增加一般营运资金。
