广发证券(01776)公布，就公司全资子公司广发控股(香港)有限公司购买惠理集团部分股权，交易各方已根据股权购买协定完成股权交割。截至本公告披露日，广发控股香港持有惠理集团普通股股份3.66亿股(占惠理集团截至本公告披露日全部已发行股份约20.04%)。
