联交所：征集上市委员会及上市复核委员会候选人
1月4日，据联交所上市提名委员会正在寻找上市委员会及上市复核委员会候选人。港交所指出，香港交易所全资附属公司联交所上市提名委员会现正征集有兴趣在联交所上市委员会及创业板上市的人士提出申请委员会；同时，征集有兴趣在提出申请。往年未成功的申请将不予保留。任何希望今年获得任命的申请人都应提交申请。
上市委员会由至少28名成员组成，其中包括： 香港交易所行政总裁，为当然成员；至少八名指定投资者代表；19名委任成员是证券业的代表。委任任期约为12个月，自2024年7月左右开始。上市委员会成员最多可连续任职六年。
上市复核委员会是联交所就上市委员会决定的复核架构进行咨询后成立的独立委员会。上市复核委员会全部由外部市场参与者组成，听取对上市委员会决策的复核。目前，上市复核委员会由26名成员组成。其中至少六名成员必须是投资者代表，其余成员必须由上市发行人及市场从业人员(包括律师、会计师、企业财务顾问及交易所参与者(或其高级人员))代表组成。
