恒益控股(01894)委任邓超文为独立非执行董事及董事会主席
恒益控股(01894)公布，自2024年1月4日起，陈文乔获委任为公司执行董事及公司首席财务官。邓超文获委任为公司独立非执行董事及董事会主席以及薪酬委员会成员、提名委员会成员及审核委员会成员。
另外，麦雪雯获委任为公司薪酬委员会及审核委员会各委员会的主席，刘思成获委任为公司提名委员会主席。
