当代置业(01107)发布公告，于2023年12月29日，公司已根据日期为2023年12月22日的赎回通知赎回所有未偿还2023年票据。赎回价为以本金总额约为8566.66万美元的2023年新票据以实物支付，2023年新票据乃根据公司、附属公司担保人及花旗国际有限公司(作为2023年新票据受托人)于2023年12月29日订立的契约发行。
