港股异动 | 天津银行(01578)现跌近4% 机构称中小城农商行不赎回风险加大 过度下沉性价比偏低
天津银行(01578)现跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.93%，报1.71港元，成交额176.61万港元。
消息面上，12月22日起，多家国有大行再次下调存款挂牌利率。中信证券表示，存款定价自律机制由大行率先调整，中小银行根据自身情况跟进和补充调整，预计后续股份行和城农商行存款定价调整有望接续，从而利好行业负债成本和息差改善。
中信建投此前表示，明年中小城农商行不赎回风险加大，过度下沉性价比偏低。年末落地的35号文，其核心化债思路在于由大行牵头带动金融系统对城投风险进行缓释，重点12个省份经济发展相对较弱、城投债务风险高，会更加快速地消耗银行系统资本充裕度，银行资产质量有弱化趋势。
