先声药业(02096)：注射用苏维西塔单抗治疗铂耐药上皮卵巢癌III期临床研究成功达到主要研究终点
先声药业(02096)发布公告，于2024年1月3日，注射用苏维西塔单抗联合化疗(试验组)对比安慰剂联合化疗(安慰剂组)用于复发性铂耐药上皮卵巢癌、输卵管癌和原发性腹膜癌患者的III期临床试验(NCT04908787)(SCORES)已达到主要终点。
此次结果包括对主要终点无进展生存期(PFS)的最终分析，关键次要终点总生存期(OS)的第一次分析及安全性分析。结果显示：SCORES达到基于盲态独立影像评估委员会(BIRC)依据RECIST 1.1标准评估的主要终点PFS：对比安慰剂组，试验组PFS改善具有统计学意义和临床意义，且苏维西塔单抗在所有预设亚组均显示出一致的PFS临床获益。者评估的试验组PFS获益与BIRC评估获益相当;OS数据尚未成熟，但试验组显示出OS获益的趋势;安全性可控，未发现新的安全性信号。本结果未来预计在学术期刊或会议上予以公布。
集团计划于近期向中国国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)提交注射用苏维西塔单抗治疗铂耐药卵巢癌新药上市申请(NDA)。
