博华太平洋(01076)：呈请聆讯将押后至1月31日举行
博华太平洋(01076)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司获悉，在2024年1月3日就修订呈请一举行的聆讯中，已裁定就修订呈请一授予许可，而原定于2024年1月17日举行的呈请一聆讯将押后至2024年1月31日举行。
截至本公告日期，香港高等法院尚未颁布任何清盘令。公司现正积极就呈请寻求法律意见，并将采取一切有效的挽救及释除措施，包括但不限于向公司债权人建议债务重组方案。
公司股份继续停牌。
