宝申控股(08151)发布公告，陈骏志因有意投入更多时间处理其他业务，已于2023年12月31日辞任独立非执行董事以及公司审核委员会主席及公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
董事会决议自2023年12月31日起，将独立非执行董事何家进由审核委员会成员调任为主席。
自2023年12月31日起，执行董事、行政总裁、董事会主席兼合规主任樊智健已获委任为提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员。
