金斯瑞生物科技(01548)发布公告，有关传奇生物与诺华签订独家全球许可协议。传奇生物科技股份有限公司(为公司非全资附属公司，其股份以美国存托股份形式于美国纳斯达克全球精选市场上市)已宣布，于2024年1月3日(纽约时间)，传奇完成与诺华许可协议，协议有关传奇若干靶向 δ 样配体蛋白 3 (DLL3) 的嵌合抗原受体 T 细胞 (CAR-T) 疗法，其中包括传奇现有的自体 CAR-T 细胞疗法候选药物“LB2102”。根据许可协议，获得 1 亿美元的现金预付款。
