金宝通(00320)发布公告，于2024年1月3日(交易时段后)，公司的间接全资附属公司金宝通有限公司(作为租户)与业主订立2024租赁协议，内容有关重续租赁协议，期限自2024年1月11日起至2027年1月10日，为期3年，以用作集团的办公室。
据悉，物业为中国香港新界白石角香港科学园第三期12W大楼3楼309室至313室;及香港新界白石角香港科学园第三期20E大楼6楼601室至603室及605室。
