并不是每个人都有固收/利率交易的专业背景，可能大家对于IRS、OIS等名词不一定很了解。IRS到底是什么？这不是一个很常见的产品，但又是讲固收、讲利率市场根本绕不开的东西，因为它是最基本的工具，是做固收市场根本绕不开的东西。
IRS全称Interest Rate Swap，Swap是交换的意思，交换什么？固定利率和浮动利率。它不是一个买卖的概念，而是一个交换的概念。比如我跟这位朋友做交易，我给你固定利率，你给我浮动利率，我们交换了一个东西，其中的盈亏是什么？我给你给多了，我就亏了，你就赚了，这是固定和浮动利率哪个更高的问题......
