港股异动 | 粤海投资(00270)涨超3% 机构认为水务公司或逐步进入下一轮调价周期 高股息率配置价值显著
粤海投资(00270)涨超3%，截止发稿涨3.61%，报6.02港元，成交额9005万港元。
近期公司公布，就2024年至2026年香港供水协议条款的文件已提呈立法会发展事务委员会，按每年供水量上限8.2亿立方米计，2024至2026年的基本水价将分别为51.36亿元、52.59亿元及53.85亿元。港府计划在今年底现有2021至2023年协议满前，与广东省政府签订新一份协议。
国泰君安此前报告认为，由于目前水务公司距离最近一次调价时间普遍较久，供水业务毛利率普遍有所下降，因此该行预计水务行业上市公司将会逐步进入下一轮调价周期。水价上涨将为公司业绩带来新的增长动力。业绩稳健增长的同时，估值低、分红可观，货币宽松背景下，高股息率配置价值显著。
