港股异动 | 旭辉控股集团(00884)现涨近6% 境外重组预计减债33亿至40亿美元
旭辉控股集团(00884)现涨近6%，截至发稿，涨5.88%，报0.27港元，成交额1009.11万港元。
消息面上，旭辉控股集团午间发布公告，公司已就全面解决方案的经济条款向协调委员会、债券持有人小组及其顾问提交了一份经完善的提案。其境外重组方案将为债权人提供“短期削债、中期转股、长期保本降息”的多种选择，新票据年限在2至9年不等，目标减债规模约33亿至40亿美元。
公告称，2023年，旭辉累计交付约118,000套物业单位，刷新了成立以来的年度交付纪录。2024年，房地产市场仍处于调整期，在可能面临更多困难的情况下，公司仍将竭尽全力冲刺交付80,000套物业单位的品质交付目标，预计建安成本等各项开支合计超过人民币300亿元。
