港股异动 | 亦辰集团(08365)午前暴涨100% 雅博集团国际的保证纯利已获达成
亦辰集团(08365)午前暴涨100%，截至发稿，涨97.44%，报0.077港元，成交额153.56万港元。
消息面上，亦辰集团日前发布公告，内容有关收购雅博集团国际有限公司的溢利保证，卖方保证雅博集团国际的管理账目所载于第二个溢利保证期间，即紧随第一个溢利保证期间最后一日后当日(2022年11月1日)起计1年期间的综合除税后纯利须不少于500万港元。
此外，亦辰集团发布截至2023年9月30日止年度业绩，期内总收益约8540万港元，同比增加约17%；股东应占亏损1382.9万港元，同比扩大67.56%。收益增加主要由于持牌业务项下的配售及包销服务，以及非持牌业务项下的业务谘询服务及会计及税务服务产生的收益有所增加。
