消息面上，公司宣布达成复牌指引，并于今日上午9点起复牌，据悉，该股自2022年5月13日暂停买卖。公司于近期补发2021年、2022年及2023年中期业绩，报告显示，该公司2022年取得收益3.78亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降63.3%；公司拥有人应占亏损1.93亿元，同比收窄84%。去年上半年公司取得收益6240.4万元(人民币，下同)，同比下降73.8%；净亏损为468.6万元，同比收窄95.1%。
