消息面上，近期公司公布，该集团于2023年4月并购的中碳绿信科技(深圳)有限公司业务拓展势头良好，通过构建全国双碳领域合作生态链，在双碳数据服务、绿金易企惠、基于区块链双碳数字化管控系统和绿色低碳产品信息服务及推广方面取得了实质业绩。截至2023年12月28日，已完成现金收入1.4亿人民币。
结合集团碳资产开发、数字科技、新能源三大板块，预计在2023年全年，中国碳中和发展集团有限公司将在主营业绩有重大提升。
