青岛港(06198)公布，董事会于2024年1月2日收到公司副总经理陈为亮提交的辞任报告。因工作调整，陈为亮提出辞去公司副总经理职务，辞任后不再担任公司任何职务。陈为亮的辞任自其辞任报告送达公司董事会时生效，不会影响公司正常生产经营。
