港股异动 | 港铁公司(00066)跌超3% 大摩称其预测低于市场共识 予港铁“减持”评级
港铁公司(00066)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.52%，报28.8港元，成交额1472.39万港元。
消息面上，大摩此前发布报告称，11月国内旅客量恢复至2018年的95%，略优于今年9月及10月；机场快线的旅客量为2018年的62%。
该行指出，基于分部估值法，予港铁公司目标价29港元，反映10倍12个月企业价值，相对每股资产净值折让30%，较2011年以来的长期平均值高出2个标准差，反映债务成本上升以及该行现预测低于市场共识，予“减持”评级。
