旷世控股(01925)附属认购两只基金的权益
旷世控股(01925)发布公告，该公司的间接全资附属公司宁波旷世于2024年1月2日认购第一只基金及第二只基金的权益，金额分别为人民币4000万元及人民币6000万元。两次认购均由集团的盈余现金储备提供资金。
董事认为较中国商业银行通常提供的定期存款回报，第一次认购事项及第二次认购事项可为集团提供更佳的回报;第一次认购事项及第二次认购事项乃由集团的盈余现金储备拨付，且对集团的营运资金状况或营运并无影响;及适当的低风险理财有利于提升集团的资金使用效率及增加闲置资金的收益。
因此，董事认为，第一次认购事项及第二次认购事项乃按正常商业条款进行，属公平合理，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
