海螺水泥(00914)发布公告，于2024年1月2日，公司(为其自身及代表集团相关成员)与海螺科技(为其自身及代表海螺科技集团相关成员)签署了《外加剂採购框架协议》，于2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日有效期内，集团拟向海螺科技集团采购外加剂产品，《框架协议》项下交易的年度上限为人民币8.6亿元。
