朝聚眼科(02219)：完成收购北京明玥眼科诊所97%股权
朝聚眼科(02219)发布公告，于2023年12月25日，厦门朝聚乐通控股有限公司(厦门朝聚乐通)及厦门聚望明晖投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(厦门聚望)(均为公司间接全资附属公司)已完成收购北京明玥眼科诊所有限公司(北京医院)97%股权，代价为人民币3686万元。
于此次收购中，厦门朝聚乐通自公司独立第三方于梦圆收购北京医院51%股权;以及厦门聚望自于梦圆收购北京医院10.29%股权及自公司独立第三方泰华东亿(北京)科技发展有限公司收购北京医院35.71%股权。北京医院余下3%股权由公司独立第三方个人持有。于完成该收购事项后，北京医院的业绩将于集团的财务报表合并入账。
北京医院位于北京市，为集团带来战略利益，原因是其将成为集团在中国北方地区的资源整合平台。集团将能够与其于蒙东、蒙西、河北、山西及宁夏区域内的各家医院集群化运作产生协同效应，乃因彼等将合作并扩大其覆盖范围，这对其未来在华北核心区域和北方其他区域的发展甚为重要。
