正荣地产(06158)公布，于过去数月，该公司及其顾问与公司的多个持份者进行了建设性对话，以实现境外整体债务管理方案。在几经努力下于2023年11月1日签署条款书。境外整体债务管理方案的实施将缓解公司境外债务的压力，为集团提供长期可持续的资本结构，以增强集团应对市场变化的能力，及为所有持份者保存价值。
于2024年1月2日，该公司与债权人特别小组成员订立重组支持协议。截至本公告日期，该债权人特别小组成员持有约占由公司发行的优先票据及永续证券未偿还本金总额的26.97%。
