恒安国际(01044)获中国证监会核准发行不超100亿元公司债券
恒安国际(01044)发布公告，承公司于2023年11月向中国证券监督管理委员会就登记向专业投资者发行总额不超过人民币100亿元的公司债券提交申请后，公司已取得中国证券监督管理委员会发出的批复文件证监许可[2023]2872号，核准向专业投资者发行公司债券的申请。
公司债券或将分多批发行。发行公司债券将按批次进行及将于核准日期起计二十四个月内完成。核准自发出核准日期起计二十四个月有效。
