永联丰控股(09882)拟将采购产品范围扩大至矿物及相关产品
永联丰控股(09882)发布公告，集团拟将采购产品范围扩大至矿物及相关产品。集团乃优质回转支承制造商及机械零部件供应商，该等零部件主要用于建筑及采矿工地。集团亦一直为客户采购机械以及挖掘机及其他重型机械的机械零部件。自公司转至香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市以来，集团的客户增加询问集团能否提供更多种类产品的次数，尤其是用于采矿的挖掘机。集团与客户就采矿工地所用机械进行沟通，致使集团了解并熟悉采矿业务。通过该等沟通，集团发现矿物贸易中的商机，并冀扩大业务范畴，把握该等商机且创造协同效应，以应付扩大的业务基础。此举亦将为集团创造更多机会，直接向矿主销售更多机械零部件及机械，从而加强集团的业务及盈利能力。
集团正与东南亚地区的数名矿主进行磋商，旨在设立自该等矿山挖掘的矿物供应业务，以转售予集团的潜在客户。
董事会认为，拓展至矿物销售领域将扩大集团的业务范畴，提高收入及盈利能力，符合集团的业务发展策略。
