港股异动 | 贝壳-W(02423)现跌近5% 上周新房成交同比增速转负 二手房成交同比涨幅收窄
贝壳-W(02423)先跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.85%，报41.2港元，成交额424.19万港元。
西部证券表示，2023年第52周，新房成交同比增速转负，环比涨幅收窄，仍保持回暖态势；二手房成交同比涨幅收窄，环比增速回正。天风证券认为，2024年小阳春将是检验本轮效力的关键时点，若成交表现低于预期，则一线城市政策加码可能性较大，具体考虑区域限购宽松、非普宅限购宽松、限售年限宽松等方向。
中信证券表示，房屋销售渠道是2023年产业链发展最超预期的领域，由于商品房销售偏弱，一二手房销售网络价值越发凸显。三大工程对贝壳的家装家居业务也有长期正面影响。
