小摩发布报告称,维持中海物业(02669)“增持”评级,主要股东中海外集团是首十位国营房企,具有强劲支持,加上管理层更加积极管理利润率趋势,竞投第三方项目亦更加进取,相信三年盈利复合年增长率超过20%,估值吸引,目标价9港元。

报告中称,公司终止以9.5亿元向同系公司中国建筑兴业(00830)收购通信工程咨询业务,该行表示,承认错误,等于改正一半(A fault confessed is half redressed),相信消息对股价利好,因为有关决定反映管理层愿意聆听投资者的声音并修正错误。以宝龙商业(09909)为例,2022年6月宣布终止向母公司宝龙地产(01238)收购上海物业后,单日股价大升8%,因此预期中海物业股价也有正面反应。
