诺亚控股(06686)拟注销66.99万份尚未行使购股权并授出22.33万个受限制股份单位
诺亚控股(06686)发布公告，为激励若干雇员留任集团并继续为集团未来的营运及发展作出贡献，于2023年12月29日(美国东部时间)，该公司董事会已决议：注销先前根据当时生效的股份激励计划的条款授予135名承授人涉及合共669.9万股股份(代表133.98万股美国存托股)的66.99万份尚未行使购股权。
及作为替代，向该等135名承授人授出涉及合共223.3万股股份(代表44.66万股美国存托股)的22.33万个受限制股份单位，占截至授出日期本公司已发行股份总数约0.70%。向承授人授出所有该等22.33万个受限制股份单位作为注销彼等先前分别获授的购股权的代价。于注销66.99万份购股权并待承授人接纳后，将授出22.33万个受限制股份单位。
