亦辰集团(08365)发布公告，内容有关有关收购雅博集团国际有限公司的溢利保证，卖方保证雅博集团国际的管理账目所载于第二个溢利保证期间，即紧随第一个溢利保证期间最后一日后当日(2022年11月1日)起计1年期间的综合除税后纯利须不少于500万港元。
公司谨此知会公司股东及潜在投资者，雅博集团国际的表现令人满意，并且根据雅博集团国际于该第二个溢利保证期间的管理账目，保证纯利已获达成。
