加幂科技(08198)终止收购Your Choice Ever Best的55.45%股权
加幂科技(08198)发布公告，内容有关该公司拟发行8059.17万股代价股份以收购Your Choice Ever Best的55.45%股权的相关事宜，根据该协议，收购事项完成须待该协议所载的先决条件于最后期限日或之前获达成(或豁免)，最后期限日已延长至2023年12月31日(经延长最后期限日)。
由于若干先决条件未能根据该协议于经延长最后期限日到期前获达成(或豁免)，该协议将自动及即时终止，而任何一方均毋须对另一方承担任何责任(惟于终止前因违反该协议而产生的任何责任除外)。
董事会认为终止该协议及主要交易失效将不会对集团现有业务、营运或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
