卓越教育集团(03978)发布公告，于2023年12月29日，公司执行董事兼主要股东唐俊京、唐俊膺及周贵以其自有资金在公开市场分别购买公司股份20.9万、5万及5万股。
同时间，董事会获悉，公司财务总监郑洪章，于2023年12月29日，以其自有资金在公开市场按平均价格每股概约1.41港元，增持合共5.2万股股份。
如执行董事及财务总监所告知，彼等对公司的未来前景及增长潜力充满信心，不排除于时机恰当时在符合适用法律及法规下进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
