宏光半导体(06908)发布公告，于2023年12月29日，雇员股份奖励计划获采纳，以表彰合资格参与者对集团作出的贡献，合资格参与者将获提供机会间接投资于江苏镓宏半导体，并透过雇员持股平台分享江苏镓宏半导体的未来增长及成就。
2023年12月29日，公司与Swift Power、深圳镓宏半导体、江苏镓宏半导体及员工持股平台就雇员股份奖励计划内订约方之间的管理、运作、权利和义务签订了计划管理及运作协议。
