东正金融(02718)：控股股东增持8000万股公司股份
东正金融(02718)发布公告，公司接获其控股股东上海汽车工业(集团)有限公司通知，于2023年12月28日，其已与公司股东东风汽车集团有限公司(持有公司8000万股内资股)订立关于上海东正汽车金融股份有限公司之股权无偿划转协议，内容有关东风汽车集团有限公司拟将其全部8000万股内资股无偿划转给汽车工业集团。无偿划转的完成尚待(其中包括)获得国有资产监督管理委员会及国家金融监督管理总局批准后，方可作实。无偿划转完成后，东风汽车集团有限公司将不再拥有公司任何股份权益，及汽车工业集团将直接拥有8000万股内资股权益，并透过上海汽车集团股份有限公司间接拥有15.2亿股公司非上市外资股及3.92亿股公司H股权益，分别占公司相关类别股份的100%、100%及72.69%，及分别占公司已发行股份总数的3.74%、71.04%及18.33%。无偿划转完成后，汽车工业集团仍为公司控股股东，及合计持有公司已发行股份总数的93.11%。
